Terms of Service

1. The service

WUEB is a business discovery platform. It lets you publish a profile, posts, products, services and stores; discover businesses through search, the feed and WUEB Maps; message other accounts; and, with a professional account, use WUEB Studio for advertising analysis, strategy and campaign drafts.

The service is provided as-is and evolves continuously. Features may change, be added or be removed.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use WUEB. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Professional accounts and workspaces

Dashboard and WUEB Studio require a professional workspace. You may invite team members to a workspace and assign roles and permissions; the workspace owner is responsible for what the team does inside it and for removing access when a member leaves.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish. By publishing on WUEB you grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content as needed to run the service, including showing it in search, the feed, maps and social previews.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including images, logos and trademarks.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use WUEB to:

• post illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing content;
• impersonate a person or business, or misrepresent your identity or offering;
• harass, threaten or spam other users;
• scrape, overload, probe or attempt to bypass access controls;
• publish another person's private data without their consent;
• use the AI features to generate content that breaks these rules or the rules of the advertising platforms you connect.

6. WUEB Studio and AI output

Studio produces analysis, strategies and campaign drafts using an AI model. Output can be incomplete or wrong; you are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it. Nothing Studio produces is professional, legal, financial or advertising-compliance advice.

Campaign drafts are only published to a connected advertising account when you explicitly approve and launch them. You remain responsible for the resulting ad spend and for complying with the policies of Google Ads and Meta.

7. Connected advertising accounts

When you connect Google Ads or Meta Ads you authorise WUEB to act on those accounts within the scopes you grant. You must have the right to authorise the account. You can revoke access at any time from WUEB or from the provider's own settings, which may interrupt features that depend on it.

8. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe in Mexican pesos. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end.

Plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period and does not carry over. Purchased credit packs do not expire while the account is active. Credits are consumed by AI operations and are not redeemable for cash.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or the Data Deletion page. The operator may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, harms other users or creates legal or security risk.

10. No warranty

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, of specific advertising results, or that third-party integrations will keep working as their providers change them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost advertising spend arising from your use of WUEB. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Puebla, Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts located in Puebla, Puebla, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

13. Changes
