Data Deletion

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This page explains how to delete your WUEB data, what is removed, what is kept, and how to revoke access you granted to connected advertising accounts.

What deleting your account removes

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your sign-in identity, so the account can no longer be used;
  • your profile and business profile;
  • your posts, products, services, portfolio items and stores;
  • your saved items, search history and interest signals;
  • your WUEB Studio conversations, messages, drafts and strategies;
  • your connected advertising accounts and their encrypted tokens, after attempting to revoke them with the provider.

What is kept after deletion

A limited set of records is kept because it is needed for security, accounting or dispute handling: connection and synchronisation logs (without token material), account audit entries, and payment records held by Stripe. Messages you sent remain visible to the person who received them.

How long it takes

Deletion runs immediately when you confirm it, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards. If you write in by email instead, requests are handled within 30 days.
