This policy explains what information WUEB collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have. WUEB is operated by Josua Antonio Merla Galan as an individual; it is not a registered company or separate legal entity.

1. Who operates WUEB
WUEB, operated by Josua Antonio Merla Galan, based in the State of Puebla, Mexico, is responsible for the data described here. Contact: wueb44@gmail.com.
2. Account information
When you create an account we store your email address and authentication records. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google sign-in; if you use Google, we receive your email address and basic profile details from Google.
Your profile may also contain a username, display name, avatar, description, links, location text, phone number and business email that you choose to enter. Fields you mark as public are visible to anyone who visits your profile.
3. Content you publish
Posts, products, services, portfolio items, stores, business profiles, comments, reviews, likes and shares are stored so they can be displayed on WUEB. Public content is visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines.
Images, videos and documents you upload are stored in file storage. Avatars, profile media and post media are stored in public buckets, which means the file URL can be opened by anyone who has it. Chat attachments and store documents are stored in private buckets that require authorisation.
4. Messages
Direct conversations and their messages and attachments are stored so both participants can read them. They are not public, but they are readable by the accounts participating in the conversation and are accessible to the operator when required to investigate abuse or to comply with a legal request.
5. Activity and discovery data
To make search and the feed useful, WUEB records activity such as:
- search queries and filters you use, and the search intent derived from them;
- posts and profiles you view, links you click, and items you save;
- interest signals and an interest profile built from that activity;
- product analytics events about how features are used.
6. Security and account records
Sign-in events, device sessions and account changes (such as email or username updates) are recorded so you can review them in Settings and so we can detect suspicious access. These records may include an approximate IP hint and browser user agent.
7. Location and maps
WUEB Maps uses Google Maps to display businesses on a map. When you use Maps, your browser communicates with Google and Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that interaction. You may also enter a city and country in Settings, which we use to localise results.
8. WUEB Studio and artificial intelligence
WUEB Studio lets you talk to an AI assistant about advertising. Your Studio conversations, messages, drafts, strategies and campaign drafts are stored in your workspace so you can return to them.
To generate a reply, the content of your prompt and relevant business context is sent to the Lovable AI Gateway, which forwards it to the underlying model provider (currently OpenAI models). We do not control those providers' internal processing; their terms apply to the request in transit.
Studio also records credit usage so plan allowances and purchased credits can be counted.
9. Advertising account connections
If you connect Google Ads or Meta Ads, WUEB receives OAuth tokens for the accounts you authorise, along with account identifiers, account names, currency, timezone and campaign metadata.
Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM in a table that no end-user role can read; they are decrypted only inside server code that calls the provider on your behalf. Connection and synchronisation events are logged with token material removed.
You can disconnect at any time from WUEB Studio or the Data Deletion page. Disconnecting attempts to revoke the token with the provider and deletes the stored tokens from WUEB.
10. Payments
Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by WUEB. WUEB stores the subscription state, plan, credit balances and the payment events Stripe sends us.
11. Emails
Transactional emails (such as billing and account notices) are sent through Resend. You can control optional notification and marketing emails in Settings.
12. Service providers
WUEB relies on the following providers to operate:
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage;
- Lovable — application hosting and the AI gateway used by Studio;
- OpenAI — the model provider currently used for Studio responses;
- Google — sign-in, Google Maps and, if you connect it, Google Ads;
- Meta — if you connect it, the Meta Marketing API;
- Stripe — payments;
- Resend — transactional email.
14. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, published content and connected advertising tokens are removed as described in the Data Deletion page.
Some records are kept after deletion where they are needed for security, accounting or dispute-handling: connection and synchronisation logs, payment records held by Stripe, and account audit entries. These are kept only for as long as that purpose requires.
15. Your choices and rights
From Settings you can edit or delete your content, change privacy toggles, clear search and recommendation history, download a copy of your data, disconnect advertising accounts and delete your account.
You may also write to wueb44@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your data, including if you can no longer sign in.
16. Security
Access to data is enforced at the database level with row-level security so accounts can only read what they are entitled to. Advertising tokens are encrypted at rest. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password.
17. Age requirement
WUEB is not intended for people under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, write to wueb44@gmail.com and it will be removed.
18. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Continuing to use WUEB after a change means you accept the updated policy.
